Does anyone else ever feel sick when waking up too early? I hate that feeling. I thought it would go away, but it hasn’t. I have to wake up early for work. That sucks since I’m an insomniac. Perhaps that’s the reason why I feel sick when I wake up. Most of the time, I don’t get enough sleep. However, even when I do get enough sleep, I still get sick. If I wake up any time after 6 A.M., I feel fine. What is it about waking up before 6 that makes me so sick? I’ve been working this schedule for two and a half years and I’m still not used to it. My coworkers who worked this schedule said that I’d get used to it. Um, when? I don’t think I ever will. If my workplace was a 24 hour company, I’m sure I’d have more schedule options, as would everyone else. Nobody wants to wake up early, go to work, and work on things that will put them to sleep. I sure don’t. It’s not good to work while you’re sleepy. You won’t be as productive. It’s even worse when you have to drive while being sleepy. Well, hopefully the sick feeling I feel will pass. I still have that feeling every morning, but it’s not as strong as when I first started having to wake up early.
